The company trading as Zamorins is the data controller for the information described here. Registered entity, address and ICO registration number to be confirmed by the client.

When you order or book we collect your name, and the phone number and/or email address you give us, along with the details of the order or booking and anything you write in the notes.

When you buy a gift card we also collect the recipient's name and email address (and their phone number, if you choose to add it) so we can deliver the card.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

To take and fulfil your order, to confirm and manage your booking, to issue and deliver gift cards, and to answer your enquiries. We only send marketing where you have asked for it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Order, booking and gift-card records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted. Exact retention periods to be confirmed by the client.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through the contact page and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
